Folkuniversitetet is an adult educational association that offers a wide range of adult education all over Sweden. Folkuniversitetet is an association of five foundations: the extra-mural departments attached to the Universities of Stockholm, Uppsala, Göteborg, Lund and Umeå.
Folkuniversitetet runs numerous internationally oriented activities such as language courses, courses abroad and projects with an international emphasis. Department for International Cooperation (Folkuniversitetet, Uppsala) was established in 1998 in order to make a Folkuniversitetet active in European affairs concerning education, training, labour market initiatives and civic society actions.

Our mission is to act as agent for transfer of innovation between Folkuniversitetet and cross boarder bodies by initiating own projects or participating in transnational activities coordinated by others. Since the creation of the department, Folkuniversitetet has successfully initiated and completed more than 30 different projects in vocational and adult education, integration policy and empowerment. Furthermore, the department has participated in more than 20 projects as a partner in the field of education, integration, and age management.


Foro Técnico De Formación

Foro Técnico de Formación was founded in 2000. Our vision and core aims stick on promoting and developing VET projects linked to upgrade HHRR and strengthen strategic business plans.

Training needs analysis; design, management and implementation of training programmes; elaboration of on-line and face to face pedagogical tools and educative and impact assessment are our main business areas.

We perform a continuous in-company needs analysis based on employees performance and social and economic sector indicators at national and European level. Community services are our main working sector but the sky is our limit.



Artistas Diversos

Artistas Diversos is a no-for-profit organization focused to make visible the work of artists with disability and highlights their talent. The platform exhibits , free of change, art work from artists with all types of disabilities, and of all types of artistic expressions. Paintings, sculptures, photography; videos of theatre , music , dance groups that make evident their talent. Disability does not make the person disable for everything. The platform promotes the social and professional inclusion of artists with disabilities to contribute to a more innovative and higher quality social scenario. 4.8M persons (14% of the population in Spain) has some kind of disability. Which suffer a high degree of discrimination when it comes to promote their social and professional development. 37% of the population is involved in caring for this highly sensible community. Artistas Diversos works to foster inclusion and quality of care to leverage the talent of artists with disabilities.

Artistas Diversos  role in ClapHands Project

Artistas Diversos is in charge of carrying out the research to create and publish the Best Practice Guide. Compiling best practices and cases of outstanding organizations that promote art and disability, as well as cases of artists and their professional development. It also covers the need of training the professionals that care for this community to develop quality competences and skills to better contribute to their artistic growth. Artistas Diversos in also contributing to the organization and results of the focus groups to identify and value these competences and abilities. As well as testing the training tool that the project is creating. A key contribution is that of organizing an event that projects the talent and quality of artist to create a video which can be used in the transference of the project outputs.

IRTS Hauts-de-France is a training institute in social work. It responds to a public service mission that it implements, in accordance with the order of 22 August 1986.

Located in the region on 5 training sites, IRTS Hauts-de-France has more than 30 years of experience in the field of training and research in social work.

The courses are based on alternation. This pedagogical choice has made it possible to forge close links with a wide network of actors in the region and open to numerous partnerships with employers in the sector.


La Bulle Bleue

After six years of thinking and discussions headed up by social and cultural professionals, the Établissement et Service d’Aide par le Travail (ESAT – Assistance through Employment Establishment and Service), La Bulle Bleue opened its doors in 2012 as a forum for creative work and wider access to the arts run by a team of disabled actors, technicians, gardeners, cooks and administrators. The company is made up of fourteen full-time actors, engaged in a vocational training scheme, which was put together working both with the associate artist and in partnership with the artistic teams. The project as a whole is based upon twinning with cultural venues in the Occitanue region. La Bulle Bleue also takes the form of a theatrical laboratory, offering opportunities to exchange ideas and hold debates, which are open to professionals from the performing arts and social workers.


Les Pep

In its 2012-2017 federal project, the General Federation of PEPs defines itself as an operator of social transformation. Not that it proposes a global project of alternative social and political organization, but by its principles of action and its work, the PEP movement fights social partitioning and all its actions have as their goal to reduce social injustices.

In this perspective, the best assets of the PEP are its founding values: solidarity, secularity, equality. Deeply rooted among the actors of the network, these values ​​are a compass to highlight the inadequacies or dead ends of the neoliberal organization and to counter the most devastating effects.


Passeport Europe

Created in 1998, PASSEPORT EUROPE is expert and official trainer in EU projects. PASSEPORT EUROPE is focusing on qualitative aspects and is also specialized in technical support for reporting, financial management and valorization activities. PE has developed a relevant European network especially in health, sanitary and social field but also in training and education mainly for innovative methods and systems.
Among the activities: 

  • Consultancy in innovation and technical support in European projects (design, budgeting, partner search, implementation).
  • EU project management, valorization and evaluation activities
  • Training sessions and coaching about project designing, European strategy, European funding and also EU project management

Sectors : Medico-social and social field, health, environment, ICT, Social enterprises.

Programs : Education and training ERASMUS+, INTERREG, LEADER, H2020 and regional funding EDRF and ESF.
In addition to EU projects, PASSEPORT EUROPE provide consultancy on marketing strategy for any innovative projects or activity.
